Rates

All of our rooms are moderately priced from $99 - $159, based on double occupancy. Rates may be higher on special weekends and holiday periods. There is an additional rate for an extra person in the room.

Good Morning!

We offer complimentary continental breakfast in the morning from 7 to 10. If you require special accommodations for dietary restrictions, please share this with us at the time you make your reservation.

Visit our fantastic full restaurant and pub, and check out our outdoor patio and Garden Area when weather permits.

Room service is available during the hours the restaurant is open.
Please contact the desk for assistance.

The Pub is open daily from 4 pm on.
The dining room is open daily from 5:00 pm on.
Dinner reservations are encouraged.

Housekeeping is provided daily. If there is a specific time you would like your room made up, please inform the front desk and we will do our best to accommodate you. In a pinch, we can offer limited laundry service. Check with our desk.

Concierge assistance for planning daily activities. Free Wireless high-speed internet helps you plan your days, Free local calls are available from all rooms. Our Guest parlor with fireplace is a great place to relax after a day of biking or kayaking!

Taxi services are available from all major airports in the region including Boston, Hartford and Manchester, and from the Amtrak station in Bellows Falls. We offer private parking.

Saxtons River is a walkable community. We suggest strolling to the river or up to Vermont Academy as a great way to discover classic, small town Vermont.

Payment

Room rates do not include Vermont room tax of 9%
We require a one night deposit in order to secure a reservation.
We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, money orders and cash for payment. Personal checks can be accepted for deposit only.

Reservations are acknowledged by e-mail or by mail.

Check in from 3 to 9 pm
Check out 11 am
For late arrivals, please make arrangements with our front desk

Vermont law prohibits smoking in any interior space.
You may smoke on our balconies or side porches.

Cancellation
Deposits may be returned up to ten days in advance with a $25 cancellation fee.

Pets

We love pets and happily host them with some restrictions. Pets may not be left alone in the rooms or be taken into the public areas. We charge $20 per day plus a $25 cleaning fee. Only certain rooms can accommodate pets so reservations should be made in advance. Unfortunately, certain size dogs and certain breeds can't be accepted at the inn. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pet.
